See, I told ya it wouldn't take long

Blisters!!! I prepped. I taped. I took it easy. But Nooooooooo got blisters ANYWAY! OK so you are saying (in that nasally know it all voice) "well you probably don't have properly fitting shoes"...Ummm YES I DO. This happens to me regardless of the brand, style, or fit of shoe. Try to be good, and your body rebels....dangit!!!

In other news, as mentioned yesterday, the birthday month is fast approaching (yeah, the older you get the longer you get to celebrate so just shut it mmmmkay?). I haven't decided what all I should do to celebrate.....got any ideas?

The kids have completely adjusted to summer vacation and have turned their sleeping schedules upside down. Man child didn't wake up until after noon yesterday. I will eventually start getting them back on track at some point.

Not much going on around here. I am ready for Friday so I can go hang out with Katie and the Mutt Princess...wooohoooo! So until then I think I need a little something to get me through the day.....perhaps a little Mike and the Mechanics???
