This can't be a good sign.....

So one of the new things that has been going on with the new house is a LOT and when I say a LOT I mean A.LOT. of yard work. The previous owners were not much on landscaping. We won't discuss the lawn (or weeds) that is in the front. Not much we can do about it this year. What they did do was plant ivy in the front of the house and proceeded to let it run rampant. It was horribly over grown and just looked horrendous. That was one of the first things that had to go. In the back breaking process of removing the ivy (did I say back breaking?) apparently there was some poison ivy mixed in (ivy is ivy right?). Well, Mr. Cheeky got a little bit on his arm - he itched but he doesn't react to it the way I do (remember the two-face episode from the summer of 2006 where my face was covered? - you don't remember that? Well, I do! and it wasn't fun). He has been dealing with it - no problem. Until today. I noticed that I had a little itch on my hand. At first I thought it may be a skeeter bite (they are crazy down here and love me and the man child like we were fine cuisine. Then I happened to look down at what I had been clawing at....just a little dot - but its NOT a bite. Ummmm this can't be good. This is NOT what I wanted for a birthday present from the man (oh for the new readers - the birthday is tomorrow - the 14th).

Cheeky who is off to do a little hoping, wishing, and praying that this dot is NOT what I think it is. So let us sing shall we.....perhaps a little old school - The Coasters....
